Delivery time details:
(only national shipments – no delivery time information for international shipments possible because of customs time, several parcel companies etc. which can vary)
All orders will be edited within day of payment until 5 pm. Shipment ordinary within day of payment until 3 pm. For earlier orders please contact us, faster shipments possible in most cases for extra charge. Not possible for international shipments. Delivery time parcel packages 1 – 2 days, except saturdays, sun- and public holidays. Delivery on saturdays with dhl without extra charge possible, all other parcel services with extra charge. Large items over 1,2 m or more than 31,5 kg need 3 – 4 shipping days. large packets over 2,5 m and below 50 kg we ship ordinary with tnt parcel service within 1 day. Truck company shipments (paletts, packets over 31,5 kg or 3 m size) need delivery time of 3 days, except saturdays and sundays. Faster delivery next day for extra charge possilble in most cases. Special sensible or problematic packing items we generally ship via truck company, not with parcel service, even when it would be possible because of their weight or measurments.
